A Network To Build Chicago Arts Audiences

June 29, 2010

Engage Supporters with a Satisfying Arts “Experience”

Part of the Marketing Matters Series

Presented by Arts & Business Council

You’ve defined who your patrons and donors are, and you’ve determined their wants, needs, desires and expectations. How do you know if your audiences are engaged and satisfied with the arts experiences you're offering? How do you get that information? Then, what do you do with it?

This workshop will explore what it means to become 'customer-centered' - WolfBrown will share the latest survey tools and web-based feedback systems out there to measure audience engagement and the impacts that your programs have on audiences, and discuss how organizations around the world are making use of these tools and incorporating what they're learning into their everyday decision-making for the organization and its programs.

Location

National-Louis University
122 S. Michigan Avenue, Room 5006

Admission

$60, $40 for members
