How I learned to Stop Worrying and Love Social Media

Presented by North Park University

Is your organization using Facebook, Twitter and blogs, but wondering to what end? Are staff members overwhelmed by new responsibilities? Are board members asking, “Is it worth it?”

In this workshop, we’ll look at how to determine if your social media strategy is working -- and how to keep up momentum. We’ll also demo free social media monitoring tools that track stories and show who’s talking about your organization across multiple platforms. You’ll leave with your own personalized dashboard that will help you to communicate effectively and efficiently.

Note: Computers will be available for all participants. Please create a Google account in advance of the class and remember your username and password.
