Denis Weil

Denis Weil is Vice President, Concept and Design, at McDonald’s Corporation. He is responsible for the development of next generation customer experience and retailing concepts for McDonald’s restaurants around the globe. Prior to joining McDonald’s, he honed his customer experience design skills in Product Development and Brand Management positions at Procter &Gamble and in E-commerce. Denis likes to push the boundaries of integrating design into innovation. He is an adjunct professor at the Institute of Design in Chicago teaching classes in Service Design. He has written about the value of design for innovation for ID magazine and Business Week.
