A Network To Build Chicago Arts Audiences

Felice J. Dublon

Felice J. Dublon, Ph.D., Vice President and Dean of Student Affairs at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, has led the Student Affairs’ team since 1987.  She currently oversees the following departments:  Academic Advising, The Wellness Center (Counseling, Health and Disability Services), Multicultural Affairs, Campus Life, Residence Life, International Affairs and Off-Campus Studies, Cooperative Education, and Career Services and Alumni Relations. Felice is a past-President of the Association of Student Conduct Administration (ASCA), is active in the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA), having served most recently on the Editorial Board of the Journal and 2009/2010 Think Tanks, and has taught in Loyola University’s Department of Leadership, Foundations and Counseling Psychology. She is the author of a chapter entitled Demystifying Governance in the 2008 book, Student Conduct Practice and in early 2010, served as a faculty presenter at the National College Depression Partnership (NCDP) in New York. Felice earned Bachelors’ degrees in both Psychology and Political Science and a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Illinois.  She received her Ph.D. in higher education administration from Florida State University, having written her dissertation on the multiple roles, role commitments and role conflict strategies of women graduate students.
