A Network To Build Chicago Arts Audiences

February 9, 2011

Taming Technology

A Workshop

Presented by Axelson Center for Nonprofit Management

Presenter: Maggie McCoy, M.B.A., Director of Financial Consulting Services, Lumity; and Toye Begbaaji, Director of Technology Consulting Services, Lumity

A nonprofit’s budget challenges are tough enough without adding the significant costs of unexpected equipment failure or the waste of valuable assets. Take control of this critical category using a six-step approach to budgeting technology costs. In this workshop, we will discuss the details behind each step and the techniques for using them effectively. Share your experiences as well as listen as your peers discuss their successes and challenges. This session would be useful for executive management or finance directors.
