Session 1: February 16, 2011, 9:00AM - 1:00PM:
Participants will learn about the "Five E's" model of experience design and general principles about the audience's journey to guide idea generation that will take place in the week between sessions.
Session 2: February 23, 2011, 9:00AM - 1:00PM:
In the second session, participants will have the opportunity to test their ideas through storytelling and/or low fidelity prototyping to explain the expanded audience experience.
