Are You Talking to Me?: Enhancing Audience Connections Through Brand Personality
An Arts Engagement Exchange Learning Circle
How do your patrons hear about you? What are their expectations? Do you stay in touch when they leave? The experience doesn’t have to end when your audience leaves your venue. With web based tools and smart outreach, you can create a lasting impression—thereby giving your brand personality—and begin the process of converting audience members into evangelists.
This series of learning circles will help you create a plan of action that identifies your audience, helps you develop meaningful communications, and track results. Learn to build your brand promise, implement effective interaction at key entry and exit points of patron contact, and examine and assess the two-way flow of patron communication and its effects.
Session 1: Branding
Session 2: Developing a Marketing Plan: Analysis
Session 3: Developing a Marketing Plan: Objectives, Strategies, Action Plan
This learning circle is currently full. If you'd like to be added to the waitlist, please contact Jessica Moore at [email protected]
