Marketing Matters Series: Understanding Social Media & Website Analytics

A Workshop

Presented by Arts & Business Council of Chicago

What are the tools and techniques to website and social media analytics? Once you have the data, how do you use it?

At this workshop, Tim Frick, author of Return on Engagement: Content, Strategy, and Design Techniques for Digital Marketing, and his latest book, Managing Interactive Media Projects, will take an in-depth look at:

  • defining what metrics are important for your organization
  • defining benchmarks and comparative analysis
  • assessing resources, goals and change management
  • building a front-end that supports robust back-end analytics

Participants at this workshop will understand how to use the information gathered through website and social media analytics in order to make smart changes that fine-tune the performance of online marketing tactics.
