So, did anyone else attend the patronmail presentation of their new “all-in-one system” that will integrate email marketing, ticketing, development and customer service functions?  Do you think it will revolutionize the way arts organizations do business?

I do think it will have a large impact on the community of small performance oriented organizations that do ticketing. 

Anyone else have any thoughts?
