Take the Creative Chicago Survey from February 4-25, 2011!
The Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events is conducting a survey of Chicago’s creative community.
The Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events is interested in learning more about the creative practices of people who live and work in Chicago. With your help, this survey will paint a useful portrait of the range of creative activity in Chicago, and help us learn more about what the City can do to foster creativity in terms of space, programs and other assistance. Your participation will provide a crucial benchmark with which to measure the future growth of our creative economy and community. The 2000 Survey led to the creation of the CAR website and other programs. Let’s see what we come up with now!
It is open to anyone who is creative. For the purposes of this survey, please think of creative practices as any creative or artistic activities or work that you do, for your job or as a hobby, in any discipline. Whether you’re an artist or an architect, a chef or DJ, a member of your church choir, a fashion designer, a blogger or a game-designer, we want to hear from you. Take a few minutes to tell us what you do and what you need to thrive in Chicago!
