The Cuisinart HM-70 holds rank over other Cuisinart hand mixers because it has 7 speeds and has a slow start feature to avoid puffing up the flour and churning the mixture all over the place. The 220 watt motor is just right for all the jobs a hand mixer can do, but I wouldn’t dream of using this Cuisinart hand mixer to knead bread doughs.
